Do you have conks growing on your siding as shown in the picture at the left? These are often growing on Hardi Plank siding or other sidings now used for siding of new homes. Bare soil in the crawlspace. This cannot be tolerated in any underhouse crawlspace. Moisture vapor will rise up from the soil.
