This is our Icynene Truck.  It has the proportioner inside.  The proportioner heats the Icynene resin to 140°F.  When the Isocyanate and the resin are mixed together an exothermic reaction occurs and raises the temperature of the resin solution to 250°F when it exits the gun. The resulting foam expands 100:1 in about 3 seconds and is cured in 30 seconds.  That makes it possible to spray the underlayment of the roof between the rafters.  This leaves the floor of the attic to be used for storage.
