Probably one of the most common broad leafed weeds we are asked to control is dandelion in lawns. They bloom in late March through April.  That is when we get the most calls.  It is probably better to do the control after the weather has warmed up a bit.   Then much less chemical is necessary to do the control.  Sometimes the herbicide can be included with fertilizers.
